About the project
Arab Health is the leading medical event in the Middle East and was held for the first time in 1975 in Dubai, at the Dubai International Convention Centre. Able to attract the interest of international stakeholders, in 2019 it recorded the presence of 106,500 visitors, in addition to the top political and economic representatives of the Arabian Peninsula. Arab Health is in fact supported by the Ministry of Health of the United Arab Emirates, the health authority of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The medical sector is booming in the Middle East and Arab Health is confirmed as the most important trade fair, able to welcome exhibitors from over 64 countries for the following product categories: medical equipment and devices, orthopedic/physiotherapy and rehabilitation, disposable products, IT systems and solutions, infrastructure and health goods, diagnostics, laboratory, preventive and post-diagnostic care, health and general services.
On the occasion of Arab Health 2019, 126 Italian companies participated through the ITALIA Pavilion, created and designed by Honegger, for a total set up of 1,700 square meters. The ITALIA Pavilion project was born a few years ago on the initiative of Honegger company, with the main purpose of internationalizing the business of Italian companies; Honegger provides various services: from the option of the exhibition area in the most interesting trade fairs to the design of the space and the setting up, up to the promotion and communication and marketing activities in support of these collective participations. In this way, the companies that attended Arab Health 2019 were also able to optimize their investments, increasing their commercial presence in the Middle Eastern market with regard to the medical sector.
